eContentPlus Project

This folder contains material for an eContentPlus project proposal, with deadline on October 19th 2006. The work programme aims at reinforcing cooperation between digital content stakeholders and will fund a thematic network on public-domain and related issues, whereas Creative Commons is explicitly mentioned.

Call Text: Thematic Networks should bring together relevant stakeholders, excpertise and facilities, aiming at the achievemnet of broad consensus on methods and standards. Activities may include coordination and assessment, the exchange of information between teams working around a common theme, improvement plans, the organisation of conferences and information brokerage.
Strategy for Proposal Writing: We will face a number of competitive proposals and only one thematic network for the public domain will be funded.
eContentPlus Workshop Berlin, Columbia, 2006-09-17 11:00:00 - 2006-09-17 17:00:00: In the WOS4 workshop we will define goals and non-goals of the project, identify stakeholders (please add tag ecplus to del.icio.us), sketch workpackages and set up the proposal writing procedure. Participants should bring commitment for being active in the proposal writing phase.
